Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free 2-3 day shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat fee of $5. We do not ship internationally.

 In-store pickup

We offer free in-store pickup on all orders. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up at Sole (1100 Brampton Ave., Suite K, Statesboro GA 30458) within 1 to 2 hours. If your order is placed on a Sunday or holiday, it will be ready by 11am the next business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at laura@shopsolestatesboro.com with your name and order number, and we will be glad to look into it for you.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but we do accept returns for store credit. You can view our Returns & Exchanges Policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at laura@shopsolestatesboro.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
